Maintenance and Support
Our technical support team provides a number of maintenance and support offerings designed to meet the individualized needs of our customers.
Our comprehensive support program includes hands-on product training and onsite assistance. We can provide maintenance and support at two levels.
The preferred maintenance and support contract includes: - Access to all Software Developer Kit (SDK) updates
- Access to all standard lingware updates for all available languages
- Priority access to technical department via email or telephone
- Priority attention regarding problem reports and fixes
- Priority attention when submitting questions concerning design and operation of SVOX software
- One day of training at SVOX facility in Zurich
- Guaranteed reaction time for category 3 inquiries
