Maintenance and Support
Our technical support team provides a number of maintenance and support offerings designed to meet the individualized needs of our customers.

Our comprehensive support program includes hands-on product training and onsite assistance. We can provide maintenance and support at two levels.

The preferred maintenance and support contract includes:
  • Access to all Software Developer Kit (SDK) updates 
  • Access to all standard lingware updates for all available languages 
  • Priority access to technical department via email or telephone 
  • Priority attention regarding  problem reports and fixes 
  • Priority attention when submitting questions concerning design and operation of SVOX software 
  • One day of training at SVOX facility in Zurich 
  • Guaranteed reaction time for category 3 inquiries
