Asahi Kasei Believing that a voice interface is ideal for many electronic devices, Asahi Kasei strives to make this possible through research at its Central Technology Laboratory. The Voice Interface Project at Asahi Kasei, launched in August 2000, provides practical middleware solutions for voice interface technologies for a variety of applications in a wide range of fields.
Clarion Clarion has been ranked at the top of the 2006 Japanese Aftermarket Navigation Vendor Matrix released by ABI Research. SVOX and Clarion announced that the text-to-speech product SVOX Automotive in combination with Asahi Kasei’s speech recognition product VORERO has been integrated into Clarion’s new European aftermarket navigation products MN668HD, VN868HD and NAX963HD.
